          Stephen S. Austin Insurance Agency owner Stephen Austin has been proudly serving his clients for over 16 years. With a hands-on and service-oriented approach, Mr. Austin puts his relationships with his clients as a top priority. Unlike weekday brokers and larger firms, our clients can get in touch with us seven days a week regardless of the time, and over the weekends by appointment only. Ongoing service and always being available, is why our agency’s client retention is so high. As a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian, on Saturday mornings the Austin Family attends church to share in the gospel and give thanks to our Lord for his many blessings. Appointments are not conducted on this day, but urgent matters can always be addressed or discussed in the case of emergency situations. 

     In addition to excellent service, making sure each valued client is on the right plan at the right price is very important to the agency as well.  We carefully research any/all current doctors and medications to help make plan recommendation that are an excellent fit for your specific needs, while making sure things fit within your monthly budget as well. 

Through the years, giving back to our clients, local community, foundations, and charities have been extremely important to us. As a cancer survivor himself, Mr. Austin finds that giving time, energy, and financial help to these causes, to be a rewarding campaign and one that fuels our longevity and compassion to our clients and the community. We are excited to help sponsor and participate in any golf and charity events, barbeques, fundraisers, doctor office open houses and grand openings, and volunteering with local senior centers and soup kitchens.
